Location: Maesot, Pop Phra and Maeramard (Mawkerthai clinic 1 position, Wang Pha clinic 1 positon)

Job overview:

The M-FUND Clinic Worker (CW) is in charge, in his/her designated project area, of providing information about the M-FUND to migrants, enrolling migrants into the project, and supporting enrolled members to receive free quality health care when needed, in a network of partner health care providers.

เจ้าหน้าที่ M-FUND ประจำคลินิกแต่ล่ะคนจะรับผิดชอบในพื้นที่โครงการที่กำหนดไว้ โดยทำการให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ M-FUND แก่แรงงานข้ามชาติ, การลงทะเบียนสำหรับแรงงงานข้ามชาติในการเข้าร่วมโครงการและสนับสนุนสมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับการดูแลสุขภาพที่มีคุณภาพโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเมื่อจำเป็นในเครือข่ายพันธมิตรผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ

Main tasks and responsibilities:

With the M-FUND Clinic Workers and clinic counsellors, conduct activities/campaigns of information and promotion of the project in SMRU clinics.
Have daily office hours in the SMRU clinic to provide information to migrants about the M-FUND.
Enroll interested migrants into the project, as members of the M-FUND.
Provide information on the policies and the benefits to the members.
Ensure regular payment by collecting monthly premiums from enrolled members at SMRU clinics.
Be the Point of Contact (PoC) for all queries - for both members and non-members.
Collaborate with referral staff to support to members to receive quality health care, when needed, through the project network of partner health care providers.
Evaluate the needs and situation of members in case of illness and refer to the MO when required.
Capture information related to membership, premium payment, health events, and claims, into the M-FUND application.
Assist the PM, the PO and the MO, as well as SMRU counsellor supervisor in preparing monthly reports for the General Director (GD).
Other tasks and assignments as needed and requested by the PM, the PO or the MO or counselor supervisor.
When needed and if the work load situation allows, assist/support counselling team in other counselling-related work.

ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ M-FUND แก่แรงงานข้ามชาติในชุมชน ในเวลางานของคลินิก SMRU
ทำการขึ้นทะเบียนให้กับแรงงานข้ามชาติที่สนใจในโครงการเพื่อเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกกองทุน M-FUND
ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับนโยบายและผลประโยชน์ของโครงการแก่สมาชิกและผู้ที่สนใจ
ตรวจสอบการชำระเงินโดยการเก็บเบี้ยประกันรายเดือนจากสมาชิกที่ลงทะเบียน
เป็นจุดติดต่อ (PoC) สำหรับคำถามที่เกี่ยวของกับ M-Fund ทั้งสำหรับสมาชิกและผู้ที่สนใจ
ทำงานร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งต่อผู้ป่วย เพื่อสนับสนุนสมาชิกในการรับบริการ โดยผ่านเครือข่ายของผู้ให้บริการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพของพันธมิตร
