in the area of emergency relief, community natural resources management, micro enterprise promotion,

education and HIV / AIDS prevention and care for affected families has a vacancy for:

Program Assistant (Based in Bangkok)

Responsibility:

To provide support in the program areas of natural resource management and climate change and micro enterprise. The program assistant will assist in basic research for program development, draft reports in both English and Thai, follow up project progress of the field teams and support coordination with donors.

Be responsible for project secretary such as minute meeting taking, training and meeting arrangement, expense clearance, assist in monitoring project progress, supporting donor and sub grant organizations, reporting outcomes, financial admin, and documenting, travel to upcountry in sometimes (Chiangmai, Ubonratchathani)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Natural Resource Management, Social Science, Environment Science, Political Science or related fields.
• At least 1 year related experience.
• Good English and Thai, both writing and speaking.
• Computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Wide interest in social work.
• Can travel extensively to provinces and abroad.
