This is an amazing opportunity to make waves in Oxfam, working with our country teams in Asia to deliver a major new regional campaign aiming to secure food justice for farmers and workers.

In this role, you will be working to plan and deliver national and regional priorities within the GROW campaign, alongside building the capacity of country teams to deliver sustained national-level change on food and climate change.

To succeed in this role, you will be a strong leader with experience of working to create policy change in the government or the private sector in Asia.

You will have a clear understanding of how different influencing approaches can come together to create change, including though advocacy and public engagement.

You will be a strong project manager with the ability and experience to lead cross functional campaign teams from around the world.

Importantly, you will also have insightful policy analysis across a range of issues relevant to food and climate change; alongside a clear and dedicated commitment to a fairer, more equal world.

This is a national hired post. We will be unable to provide visa and work permit to a non-Thai national.
