Program Officer (Based in Bangkok) 1 Position

Reponsibilities
This is a permanent position of the Program Quality Department, responsible for program grant management and monitoring programmatic and financial performance. Engages in development of large scale proposal for new funding opportunities in related programs, as well as designs its monitoring and evaluation framework. Initiates and maintains relationships with key program partners, public and private agencies, as well as local and international donors.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or higher in medical science, public health, health or political sciences, or a management related field.
2. A minimum five years (5) experiences within the field of health and malaria, with experience in both field implementation and policy management.
3. Experiences in program design, monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting will be plus.
4. Strong oral and written Proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and effective communication skills combined with problem solving skills.
6. Good coordination skills with diverse program partners.
7. Demonstrated strengths in planning and organizational skills with the ability to think and act strategically in the design and execution of programs, and conceptualize complex issues, and strong leadership skills.
8. Ability to work and travel independently.
9. Wide interest in social issues especially of disadvantaged groups, human rights and gender.

Program Assistant (Based in Bangkok) 1 Position

Reponsibilities

This person will work in the Program Quality Department and will be responsible for project development and monitoring project activities. Preparing annual work-plan, budget and report as needed. Assist in monitoring project progress, supporting local organizations, managing large and small grants, reporting outcomes, programmatic and financial monitoring, and documenting project lessons learned.

 Qualification

- Bachelor degree or higher in business management, social science, political science, or related areas.

- Having experiences in assisting in project development and management will be an advantage.

- Oral and written proficiency in English and Thai, and computer literacy (especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Wide interest in social issues especially of disadvantaged groups and human rights.
