Position Description

Epic Foundation (Epic) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team working on the selection, monitoring, and collaboration with NGOs and social enterprises around the world. The Program Analyst will work in a small and dynamic team with guidance and support of the Vice President for Impact Monitoring and Research and under the supervision of the Executive Vice President and will be part of a growing team with colleagues in New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, Brussels, and Bangkok.Epic will provide a friendly working environment as well as good opportunities for professional growth and network building. Key responsibilities

• Support the monitoring of Epic’s philanthropic investments in NGOs and social enterprises globally
• Prepare draft monitoring reports for allocated organizations
• Consolidate and review monitoring related data and inputs on organizations part of the global Epic portfolio
  • Contribute to the preparation of contents for the Impact App of allocated organizations
• Support the team in tracking, storing and updating Epic portfolio related information
• Support the preparation and dissemination of the Epic Outlook 2018
• Participate in the design, launch, and preparation of dissemination events, as required
• Support the selection of high-impact NGOs and social enterprises in Thailand and abroad for 2018
• Support Epic Foundation in the management of the office in Bangkok

Required skills 

• Graduate from relevant University (preferred areas of expertise: social development, international development, social entrepreneurship, management, finance) 
• At least 2-3 years work experience in a related field (development, philanthropy, non-profit…)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Working knowledge of French is a plus
• Strong interest in philanthropy, social impact, and the non-profit sector
• Literate in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel 
• Ability to use emails and cloud storage software
• Ability to work independently, highly motivated and professional

Contract: This is a full-time position based in our Bangkok office. The salary level will be adjusted based on the candidate’s level of studies and experience.

Office location: On Sukhumvit soi 31 - walking distance from Phrom Phong and Asoke BTS/MRT.
