The USAID Clean Power Asia program promotes the development of increased grid-connected renewable energy in the Lower Mekong countries of Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Vietnam. The program is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), implemented by Abt Associates, and operates from its office in Bangkok. The program is currently seeking a qualified service provider  to develop a program website. A request for quotation (RFQ) for website development  is attached.  Responses are welcome from individuals, firms, or consortiums. If you submit a response, your proposal is due no later than 17:00 ICT, Friday, July 21, 2017. Please follow the instructions in the RFQ with regard to questions or to request additional information.
