BACKGROUND
Help without Frontiers (www.helpwithoutfrontiers.org) is an NGO that has been set up to provide aid, help and relief to Burmese refugees and migrants in Thailand and Burma.
Since 2002, Help without Frontiers has provided support along the Thai-Burma border to displaced people who find themselves in emergency situations from which they are unable to escape without assistance; most of them are children and youth, and we give them a chance for a better and brighter future.
At Help Without Frontiers we focus on five core areas; Education; Youth; Health; Community Development; Child Protection

To create a world where help can be provided to the most vulnerable and marginalised populations without discrimination, without exclusion and without borders.
THE ROLE
This role sits within the Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team whose role it is to engage, educate and publicise the work of help Without Frontier Thailand (HWFT) and raise vital fundraising for our advocacy, humanitarian and development work.
The Marketing, Communications and Fundraising team works closely with the HWFT Team in the Mae Sot office, across Education, Rays of Youth, Health and Admin as well as the international offices and their corresponding teams The Marketing, Communication and Fundraising team has functional responsibilities for:
INTERNSHIP PURPOSE
Be responsible for project managing the development and delivery of marketing materials and activities, implementing marketing campaigns, and product development and delivery, with the aim of optimising fundraising potential and attracting and retaining current and new financial supporters. The postholder will also manage and coordinate the content, print, mail, social & distribution schedules for different activities and products within the Marketing, Communication and Fundraising division and across the wider organisation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preferred qualifications, knowledge and experience · Experience of working in a marketing and/or fundraising environment which includes involvement in delivering marketing campaigns and developing collateral materials · Experience and knowledge of donor databases and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel · Fluency in English (speaking, reading and writing) · Knowledge of and experience in using InDesign, Photoshop and /or Illustrator · Experience or knowledge of data analysis and reporting · Experience of working in the Not for Profit sector
