Role overview

Our new market plan is in place now we just need someone to help us deliver it - We’re looking for an experienced international fundraiser to help VSO kick start its international fundraising program. You’ll join our newly formed new product and market development team and you’ll lead on the development of VSO’s in country fundraising expansion program. The post holder will be responsible for working with VSO in country teams as well as working closely with the Head of team and Head of Fundraising with regards to our market entry plans.

Skills, qualifications and experience

• Experience of setting up new markets for international NGO’s – from a fundraising, systems and legal

   perspective

• Experience and knowledge of digital from an international perspective
• Experience of working within an international NGO and managing staff, working with suppliers at

   distance

• An understanding of the different regulatory frameworks and the impact of this on fundraising

   internationally
