มูลนิธิที่อยู่อาศัย ประเทศไทย  เป็นมูลนิธิที่ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2541 เพื่อมุ่งพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนไทยผ่าน       การสร้างบ้านและพัฒนาชุมชน โดยร่วมกับพันธมิตรที่มีความมุ่งหมายเดียวกันที่จะนำการพัฒนาแบบองค์รวมและสร้างความยั่งยืนอันเกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงในเชิงบวกที่ส่งผลในระยะยาว เราเชื่อว่าการให้ผู้ด้อยโอกาสได้มีบ้านและที่อยู่อาศัยที่ดี                เป็นองค์ประกอบที่มีผลสืบเนื่องไปยังการพัฒนาในด้านอื่น เช่นเพิ่มพูนรายได้ของครอบครัว เอื้อต่อการศึกษาของเยาวชน          สร้างเสริมสุขอนามัย และนำให้เกิดการบูรณาการทางสังคม ปัจจุบันเราดำเนินงานมาแล้วในพื้นที่ 37 จังหวัด ได้สร้าง ซ่อมแซมและฟื้นฟูบ้านมากกว่า 11,500 หลังในประเทศไทย และได้ช่วยเหลือคนให้มีที่อยู่อาศัยมากกว่า 46,000 คน หากคุณมีวิสัยทัศน์เดียวกันกับเราและมีความปรารถนาที่จะร่วมกันทำพันธกิจในการขจัดปัญหาด้านที่อยู่อาศัยที่เสื่อมโทรมให้หมดไปจากสังคมไทย โดยการช่วยเหลือผู้ด้อยโอกาสนั้น เข้ามาร่วมงานกับเราได้ในตำแหน่งดังนี้ :

Resource Development Manager (Fundraising)

The RD Manager is responsible to lead the Resource Development team to meet the predetermined fundraising targets of the Organization’s fundraising plan and strategy as laid out in the Strategic Business Plan 2017-2020.  As a member of the senior management team (SMT) the RD Manager is expected to contribute to the overall strategic management of the organization. The role also requires the need to develop, implement and manage Resource Development systems, policies and procedures which support the work of the organization and lead initiatives to promote continuous improvement.  Public appearance, representing the Organization, is required (some weekend days included) as part of marketing and brand awareness activities of the office.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing or communication or relevant. Master Degree is preferred
• 5 years expertise and knowledge in local and international fundraising or marketing and sales including
• 3 years proven senior management experience
• Excellent knowledge of non-profit fundraising best practices (Resource Development cycle).
• Fluency in English and Thai essential,
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, implementation and usage
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to breakdown annual targets to plan and convert to individual team member KPIs.
