Position Descriptio

Epic Foundation (Epic) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team working on the selection, monitoring and collaboration with NGOs and social enterprises around the World. The Program Analyst will work closely with the Director for Impact Monitoring and Research and under the supervision of the Executive Vice President and will be part of a growing team with colleagues in New York, San Francisco, London, Paris and Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

• Draft key inputs and documents for the monitoring of Epic’s philanthropic investments in NGOs and social enterprises globally
• Support the drafting of products related to Epic’s research agenda and flagship publication:
  • Design and production of the Epic Webinars to share lessons and good practices in the sector
  • Dissemination of the Epic Outlook 2017
  • Participate in the design, launch and dissemination of the Epic Outlook 2018
• Support Epic with the engagement of global partners and local counterparts
• Participate in the selection of high-­‐impact NGOs and social enterprises in Thailand and abroad
• Support Epic Foundation in the management of the office in Bangkok

Required skills

• Graduate from relevant University (preferred areas of expertise: social development, international development, social entrepreneurship, finance)
• At least 2-3 years work experience in a related field (development, philanthropy, non-­‐profit…)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong interest for philanthropy, social impact and the non-­‐profit sector
• Literate in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Ability to use emails and cloud storage software
• Ability to work independently, highly motivated and professional
• Thai National

Contract: This is a full-­‐time position based in our Bangkok office. We are output-­‐driven so, depending on specific needs, we can consider some flexibility in our office hours. The salary level will be adjusted based on the candidate’s level of studies and experience.

Office location: Sukhumvit soi 31-walking distance from Phrom Phong and Asoke BTS/MRT.
