The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces
Job Overview/Summary: To work with Human Resources team in Bangkok on preparing IRC ID card for Camp Based Assistant (CBA) staff and supporting on recruitment tasks for both Bangkok and field offices including posting job advertisement and filing related recruitment documents and new hire documents.

Education: |
- Bachelor degree in related field |

Work Experience:
Demonstrated skills: |
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience in Human Resources or Administrative work - Experience in a non-profit organization and international environment is preferable. - Excellent organized skills, deadline oriented, good team player and can work well under pressure - Attentive to details - Positive attitude and excellent service mind |

Languages and computer skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Computer proficient and demonstrate skills in database management and record keeping |
