Raks Thai Foundation is looking for an energy candidate with attractive salary and benefits for:

Senior Program Officer - Capacity Building and M&E (LCI Project) 

Responsibility :

1. Design and conduct training need assessment, monitoring and evaluation and prepare relevant training report.
2. Deliver training course, facilitate workshops, and provide other technical assistance as required.
3. Responsible for follow-up with the trained participants to ensure the effectiveness of advocacy-related trainings.
4. Responsible for M&E for the LCI project including developing data collection tools and database, data collection, monitoring, report generation, evaluation and related tasks.
5. Contribute to the design and implementation of the M&E system at the activity level and ensuring that all activities are monitored and evaluated, and achievements are accurately and timely reported.
6. Conduct data quality audit (DQA) for the Consortium members.
7. Provide support and coordination in organizing and preparing meetings, trainings, workshops, and conferences, etc.
8. Provide logistic and administrative support to the project.
9. Perform technical works as assigned by the Chief of Party, for examples: desk review, in depth interview, report writing, etc.

Qualification :

1. Master degree in social sciences or public health.
2. At least five-year of experience working with NGO or INGO.
3. At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
4. Ability to conduct training and facilitate workshops using participative approach
5. Strong experience in training need assessment and training evaluation.
6. Strong experience in designing data collection tools, database and data quality assessment, and using SPSS and Excel.
7. Fluency in English and Thai with strong writing skills.
8. Experience in conducting research is an advantage.
