Context:

Under the overall supervision of the Programme Coordinator and the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager of the Thai-Israel Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural Workers project, the incumbent will provide daily administrative to the project.

 

Core Functions / Responsibilities:

  1. Keeping track of the individual processing statuses and inform the Assistant Project Manager in case of delays and problems.
  1. Prepare applicants’ necessary documents and forms for the processing of the recruitment and deployment.
  1. Assist in preparing and checking document for the workers visa application to the embassy.
  1. Notifying individuals and organizations concerned with pre-departure, departure, transit, reception and post-arrival assistance on pre-departure and travel details.
  1. Answer to the hotlines and keep records.
  1. File and upload each applicant’s information into the filing and database.
  1. Assist in the post computer generated letters to individuals and organizations concerned with the project.
  1. Perform such other duties as required.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Thai National.
  • University degree in Political Science, Social Sciences or Business Administration.
  • At least two years of experience in the area of business administration, in particular handling the movements of people and goods
  • Professional experience in working for recruitment organizations an asset
  • Team-work oriented, capacity to work independently; sensitive to gender issues, personal commitment, efficient, flexible, experience in working effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds at all levels

 

Languages

Fluency in Thai, Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
