Social Compliance Coordinator:
General Competencies:

- Analytical Thinking—Analyzing and interpreting statistical data, focusing on details, relating various pieces of information together, identifying trends, and understanding the root cause of problems as well as successes.
- Problem Solving—Generating effective solutions to problems, considering unique aspects of situations, negotiating appropriate compromises, suggesting alternative solutions, and balancing business needs with individual needs (e.g., team member needs, customer needs.).
- Communication—Convey written information clearly, effectively and diplomatically through both formal and informal documents. Convey information orally, in such a way that the recipient(s) comprehend(s) the message and takes no offense in the manner in which it is conveyed.

Job Duties:
- Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information
- Supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments
- Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance auditors.
- Helps others by answering questions and responding to requests.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
- Enhances compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Manage suppliers Social Compliance & United Nations Global Impact performance.
- Work with direct supervisor and Business Units leaders on strategy and goal setting.
- Coordinate with auditors, arrange social compliance and Sustainable Rice Platform standard.
- Monitoring and follow up suppliers’ corrective action plan.
- Work with team to drive supplier continuous improvement on Sustainable Rice Platform
- Develop training to suppliers.
