Position Title: Senior Human Resources Officer (SHRO)
Organization: Prevention Department, The Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Center (TRCARC)in Bangkok, Thailand, is an organization under the umbrella of the Thai Red Cross Society. We provide outstanding HIV/AIDS treatment and care, foster innovative and responsible research, and train health care practitioners in HIV/AIDS.
Scope of work:
The Senior Human Resources Officer (SHRO) will lead Prevention Department of TRCARC towards achieving the organization’s objectives, through Human Resource functions including Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development in order to recruit and develop and retain the highly competent, motivated and committed staff.
The SHRO will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Organizational Development and Human Resource functions based on the HR principles, policies and best practices as well as the Thai Labor Laws.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Human Resources Management component:
- preparing and implementing HRM strategy including manpower, compensation & benefits, regulations, staff relations, succession planning, and HR Policy & Procedure
- preparing HR annual budget and reports;
- leading on HR administration management
- leading on HR related processes policies and procedures.
- leading on process of recruitment, Compensation and benefit, Payroll, Labor law Issues and Staff Relation;
- Overseeing staff data record system
- Human Resources Development component:
- Preparing and implementing HR training & development plan and, organization capacity development plan
- designing and delivering of coaching and mentoring program for Managers
- designing, developing, and implementing the staff relationship promotion program
- Other tasks as assigned.
Primary Qualifications:
- Thai National
- At least Master Degree in HR or related field
- At least 3-7 years of experience working in an HR generalist capacity
- Experience influencing organizational policy and practice in the areas of HR
- Experience in major HR functions such as organizational design, performance management, reward management, recruitment/selection, training & development
- Strong team working skills, coaching, mentoring, planning, organizing, influencing and persuading
- Strong knowledge in HRM, HRD and labor law
- Good writing and speaking in English language and Computer skills:
