Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Programme Manager and the direct supervision of the Assistant Project Manager of the Thai-Israeli Cooperation of the Placement for Thai Agricultural workers project, he/she will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
Verify application forms and supporting documents received from the TOEA
Enter data from the application forms into TIC database (35-40 applications per day)
Keep record of the application forms
Assist the process of filing all application forms
Upload applicants' support document into the database
Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience
Thai National
University degree in Business Administration, Social Science or other relevant field;
Experience in data entry and filing document for the government I non-governmental organizations or governmental institutions I organizations in a multi-cultural setting is advantage;
Strong team player but with a capacity to work independently;
Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds;
Languages
Ability to communicate in English and good command of Thai.
