We are currently hiring for an Asia Finance Manager to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The post holder will provide a pro-active, effective and motivational support to three country programmes and the Asia Regional Office to ensure sound financial management and planning. The Asia Finance Manager will provide a valuable linkage between the country and regional offices and the global organisation to ensure a consistency of approach and high quality standards. The post holder will be an integral part of the regional management team.
The successful candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant
Native speaker of Thai
Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
Management experience
Positive communication skills
Excellent reporting skills (both financial and narrative)
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team with national and international staff, and maintain strong working relationships with partners
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Good experience in providing capacity building in the finance field
Travel: Up to 25%
