Southeast Asian Minister of Education Organization Regional Centre for STEM Education (SEAMEO STEM-ED)
SEAMEO STEM-ED is a regional inter-governmental organization dedicated to enhancing institutional capacity and advocating proven policies and practices in STEM education across Southeast Asia. Hosted by the Government of Thailand, the Centre works in partnership with SEAMEO member and affiliate countries, public and private institutions, and non-profit educational influencers to advance STEM education in the region.
To support our expanding regional partnerships, research, policy advocacy, and resource mobilization initiatives, SEAMEO STEM-ED invites qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

Position Summary
The Research and Evaluation Manager leads the Centre's research, monitoring, evaluation, and advocacy initiatives to support evidence-based policy and practice in STEM education across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the Centre Director, the incumbent provides strategic leadership in designing, implementing, coordinating, and disseminating high-quality research aligned with the Centre's vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
The role oversees regional and national research initiatives, provides technical guidance to research teams and external partners, and ensures the methodological integrity of data collection, analysis, reporting, and research dissemination to inform program development and policy decisions. Additionally, the incumbent strengthens partnerships with governments, universities, development partners, and international organisations; identifies research funding opportunities; represents the Centre in regional and international forums; supervises research personnel; and contributes to organizational planning and capacity development.
