The CMB Foundation is an independent U.S. philanthropic foundation committed to advancing health equity through capacity strengthening, strategic grantmaking, and leadership development. The CMB Southeast Asia office (CMB-SEA), based in Bangkok, serves as a regional hub for designing and implementing programs that foster equitable human systems, support collaborative research and innovation, strengthen diverse regional networks, and develop the next generation of health equity leaders in Southeast Asia. Anchored by its Equity Initiative Fellowship program, CMB-SEA works closely with its network of Senior Fellows and partners across civil society, academia, government, and the private sector to address complex health equity challenges through evidence-informed and collaborative approaches.
About the Equity Leader Networks Unit
The Equity Leader Networks (ELN) Unit serves as the steward of the Equity Leader Networks ecosystem, building on CMB's long-standing investment in people, institutions, partnerships, and leadership development to advance health equity. The Unit strengthens relationships, collaboration, and collective action among Fellows, advisors, institutions, grantees, partners, and other members of the ecosystem. It leads the development and stewardship of geography-based and Scholars Networks, while connecting these networks with issue-/agenda-based and professional networks across the organization to foster collaboration, knowledge exchange, and collective action. Through community engagement, leader gatherings, community well-being and safeguarding, network stewardship, and ecosystem learning, the Unit supports sustained engagement and collaboration beyond individual programs, grants, and fellowship cohorts.
Position Summary
The Equity Leader Networks Program Assistant provides coordination, operational and administrative support for ELN-owned activities, networks, gatherings, stakeholder engagement, network data and safeguarding implementation.
Reporting to the Equity Leader Networks Program Associate, and under overall supervision of the Chief Representative and Director
