Essential Qualifications
A degree or certification in social work, psychology, or related social services field
Experience working with children or families affected by trauma, displacement, or separation
Personal integrity, emotional resilience, and mental capacity to operate within complex trauma related cases.
Strong understanding of family-based care models, preferably in Southeast Asia
Fluency in Thai, reading, writing and speaking, and conversational Burmese required; conversational English strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be legally eligible to work in Thailand and able to travel regularly to surrounding villages
