SATI Foundation is a non-profit organization working on children and youth issues, currently hiring for 2 positions as follows:

1. Operations Manager
Oversees all internal organizational systems, including human resources (HR), finance, and day-to-day operations — such as employee documentation, performance evaluations, benefits administration, and program budget and financial management — as well as coordinating with the team and project supporters/funders. Ideal for someone with strong management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate in both Thai and English.

2. Program Manager
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the organization's various programs to ensure they achieve their goals. Works closely with the field team and target groups (children and youth), oversees reporting to supporters/funders, and coordinates across departments to keep programs running effectively. Ideal for someone passionate about social development work, with strong program management skills and the ability to work well with others.
