Join Us as a Senior Program Manager (Technical)

Location: Chiang Mai | Status: Independent Contractor | Report to: Technical Director

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Technical) who will be responsible for serving as a key focal person within REACH's technical team, providing crucial technical oversight and capacity strengthening to Country Offices (COs) and local partners. This role bridges the gap between high-level strategic goals and field-level implementation, ensuring that interventions are localized, evidence-based, culturally appropriate, and aligned with international best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in public health, Development Studies, or Public Policy, with a strong foundation in primary health care (PHC) and health systems strengthening approaches within humanitarian or poly-crisis contexts
• At least 8 years’ experience working in fields of public health research, health technical support or other relevant fields
• Demonstrated ability to integrate adult learning principles and competency-based methodologies into capacity-strengthening initiatives
• Having experience working with ethnic and community based local organizations in conflict affected area of Myanmar
• Strong knowledge of Google workspace, Microsoft Office applications, AI and other information technology skills
• Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Deep familiarity with the global health technical frameworks and benchmarks
• Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to evaluate technical data, conduct service quality audits, and produce clear, strategic recommendations
• Excellent facilitation, coordination, and coalition-building skills to lead collaborative networks such as TWGs and CoPs
• Exceptional written communication skills to write technical guidelines, project proposals, and effectively translate technical data into "bite-sized" leadership briefs
