Location: Remote/Chiang Mai | Status: Consultancy | Report to: Sr Grants & Compliance Manager

Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? monitors expenditures to strengthen accountability and transparency across programs. REACH for Equity is seeking a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for strengthening compliance and risk management at partner level. The role supports partners in adhering to donor requirements and organizational standards, while promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct. The position works closely with partners to identify risks, build capacity, and ensure effective implementation of compliance frameworks across partner-managed projects.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or governance within NGOs, international organizations, or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience working with partners, sub-grantees, or implementing organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience in conflict-affected or high-risk environments is an asset.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of internal control systems, risk management frameworks, and donor compliance requirements (e.g., grants management, audit processes, fraud prevention, safeguarding standards).
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulations, identify risks, and assess the effectiveness of internal processes and controls.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver training, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
• Integrity and Professional Ethics: High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to accountability and transparency.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., audit, compliance, or risk management) is an asset.
