Join Us HR Coordinator
Location: Mae Sot | Status: Full Time | Report to: HR Manager (HR Operations & Compliance)
Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a HR Coordinator who will be based in Mae Sot, Thailand and is responsible for supporting core HR operations, including staff contracts, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, PIT and SSF compliance, and HRIS data management. The role ensures all staff Tax IDs and SSF IDs are accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with Thai regulations and organizational policies. This position will report to HR Manager (HR Operations & Compliance).
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in human resource management, compliance, or government liaison roles, preferably with INGOs or international organizations.
- Strong Knowledge of Thai labor law, PIT, and SSF regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
- Excellent coordination and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
