Join Us as Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officer
Location: Remote | Status: Consultant | Report to: MEL Coordinator
Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a MEL Officer Consultant and is responsible for providing technical support to M&E functions, with a primary focus on data verification, data quality assurance, and routine monitoring activities. This position will report to MEL Coordinator.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Statistics, Research, Public Health, Health or Epidemiology is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of practical experience in health or development projects, or in a similar role, with an international or local organization.
- Demonstrated experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and basic team support or management.
- Experience working in multicultural and low-resource settings.
- Ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of the local culture, social, and political contexts.
- Willingness and flexibility to work variable hours and adapt tasks and responsibilities in response to changing team and organizational needs.
