Location: Chiang Mai/Remote | Status: Consultant | Report to: Program Director
Are you a professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Technical Consultant and is responsible for providing hands-on technical support to partners in implementing TB and HIV care and treatment services under the REACH project. The role focuses on service quality, accurate recording and reporting, and contributing to program learning. This position will report to Program Director.
What We’re Looking For:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to partners delivering TB and HIV services.
- Support implementation of clinical guidelines, SOPs, and approved workplans.
- Assist partners in strengthening patient documentation, registers, and reporting tools.
- Support timely compilation and submission of program data and reports.
- Conduct routine technical follow-up and supportive supervision to ensure quality of care and accurate data recording.
- Assist in organizing and delivering training and on-the-job coaching for partner staff.
- Identify implementation challenges and propose practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to documenting field experiences, lessons learned, and good practices under REACH.
- Participate in review meetings and technical discussions to improve program performance.
