Thai Nationality is required!

 

Location: Mae Sot, Thailand | Travel: 100% Onsite with travel to project areas as required | Status: Full-time (1-Year Renewable Contract)

 

Are you an organized and proactive HR & Operations professional?

CPTF is looking for an HR & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR, administrative, and operational functions. The role focuses on payroll coordination, tax and social security compliance, visa and work permit processes, recruitment support, procurement, travel arrangements, and general office administration, while ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, donor requirements, and internal policies.

Community Partners Thailand Foundation is a legally registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities in Thailand, including marginalized youth. The foundation focuses on ensuring equitable access to education, healthcare, and protection services while building long-term community capacity for self-reliance and sustainability.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or operations roles, with hands-on experience in payroll and HR administration preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of Thai labor law, personal income tax, social security regulations, and basic HR compliance.
  • Experience supporting visa and work permit processes is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, or cross-border programs will be preferred
  • Good command of Thai and English (spoken and written), with the ability to handle English documents and communicate with international staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with Google Workspace and HR systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Good organizational, time management, and coordination skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based or sub-office setting.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive and urgent operational needs
