Position – Programme Implementor
Location: Mae Sariang
OVERVIEW
FutureSense Foundation is a UK-registered charity (Charity No. 1132101) working in partnership with local communities across seven countries to deliver sustainable, community-led development programmes. Guided by our vision of a Fairer World, we believe that everyone deserves equal rights, freedoms, and opportunities, and we work to ensure that no one is left behind.
Our approach is rooted in long-term, community-led development. With dedicated teams based in each country, we collaborate closely with local partners to understand community priorities and co-create impactful programmes focused on three key pillars: Education, Health & Well-being, and Livelihoods. All our initiatives are designed to align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to create lasting, measurable impact.
A key part of our model involves engaging international student groups who volunteer alongside local communities. This partnership fosters a meaningful exchange of skills, knowledge, and cultural understanding while supporting sustainable solutions that strengthen community resilience and drive positive change.
In Thailand, our programmes are based in Mae Sariang, Mae Hong Son Province, working primarily with rural and ethnic minority communities to improve education outcomes, expand livelihood opportunities, and promote gender equality and environmental sustainability. Together with our partners and volunteers, we are building stronger communities and nurturing the next generation of global change-makers.
