Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: Frequent Travel to Project Area| Status: Full Time

Are you a finance professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a Finance Coordinator who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible overseeing REACH’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with donor and organizational policies, and supporting accurate budgeting and reporting across projects and partner organizations. The role provides technical financial guidance to staff and partners, leads budget monitoring, and supports audits and donor reporting. This position will report to Finance Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• B Com, LCCI Level III or University Bachelor's degree and diploma in accounting.
• At least five years’ experience in a finance environment.
• Sound judgment, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Essential skills in Excel and accounting software is preferred.
• Competence in using information technology, work-procession spreadsheet and PowerPoint software.
• Exposure to NGO work is an advantage.
• Able to think for themselves and make the necessary decision.
• Able to work independently.
