Join Us as Senior Technical Specialist.

Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Travel: 30% of working Time | Status: Full Time

Are you a program professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking a SeniorTechnical Specialist who will be based in Chiang Mai and is responsible for providing technical leadership to ensure high-quality project implementation and climate-resilient agriculture expertise while strengthening the capacity of program teams and local partners. The role ensures quality assurance, effective coordination, and continuous improvement aligned with donor requirements, best practices, and community needs. This position will report to Deputy Program Director.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in agriculture, livestock management, business development, value chain development, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in agricultural programming (including seed production andvegetable cultivation), livestock management, livelihood development, business development, training delivery,and contributing to reporting requirements.
• Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non- technical audiences.
• Proven capacity to set priorities, manage time-sensitive tasks, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
• Demonstrated experience providing technical inputs across all aspects of project implementation.
• Strong report writing skills and ability to clearly present monitoring and evaluation findings.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Resourceful to resolve problems and take the initiative to find solutions.
• Flexibility to allow for travel, variable working hours, and adapt to evolving project and team needs.
