Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand | Status: Full Time | Report to: Sr. HR & Admin Manager

Are you a HR professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking an HR Manager (HR Operations & Compliance) plays a key leadership role in overseeing HR operations, payroll administration, and compliance with Thai labor law and organizational policies. This position ensures accuracy in HR records, payroll processing, and statutory reporting while strengthening transparent and efficient HR systems across all offices. The HR Manager works closely with the Admin and Finance teams to support smooth operations and uphold compliance standards. This role reports directly to the Senior HR & Admin Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a strong operational and compliance background, compliance, or government liaison roles, preferably with INGOs or international organizations.
• Solid understanding of Thai labor law, payroll systems, and statutory reporting (PIT, SSF, etc.).
• Proficiency in English and Thai; advanced computer literacy in HR systems (e.g., BambooHR) and Excel), Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills in English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
