Are you a visionary technical leader passionate about driving impact and advancing equity?
REACH for Equity is seeking a Technical Director to REACH for Equity is seeking a Technical Director to lead our Technical Unit (TU) and ensure quality, coherence, and strategic impact across health, humanitarian, and development programming.

The Technical Director will set technical standards, safeguard evidence-based practices, strengthen partner leadership, and position REACH as a trusted systems-change actor. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with strategic vision—advancing technical excellence, fostering localization, and driving organizational learning across all programs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Development, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical leadership roles within development, health systems, or humanitarian organizations.
• Strong record of donors and partners engagement.
• Proven expertise in technical standards development, quality assurance, and partner capacity strengthening.
• Experience managing diverse, multi-program technical teams.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and representation.
