Join Us as Administrative Officer!

Location: Mae Sot, Thailand | Status: Full Time | Report to: Admin Manager

Are you an administrative professional passionate about making a difference? REACH for Equity is seeking an administrative Officer who will be based in Mae Sot and is responsible for ensuring efficient office administration and operations, including office management, travel and event coordination, asset and inventory control, and visa and work permit support. The officer also provides administrative and logistical assistance to staff and ensures compliance with organizational policies and government regulations. This position will report to Admin Manager.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; previous experience in an INGO is an advantage
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and service providers.
• Good understanding of visa and work permit procedures in Thailand.
• Excellent coordination and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse environment
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
