Location: Mae Sot | Status: Independent Contractor | Report to: Procurement and logistics Manager

Are you a skilled electrician passionate about powering change? REACH for Equity is seeking an Electrician to strengthen the reliability and safety of our electrical infrastructure in health facilities and community sites. You will play a key role in ensuring that critical systems from solar installations and cold chain equipment to backup power suppliesare functioning effectively to support lifesaving services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Experience with health facility equipment, cold chain systems, solar power systems and backup generators
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality service delivery.
• Coordination with related programs for support service needs
• Experience for providing Training
• Ability to quickly develop a strong understanding of the local cultural and political context and be able to motivate others and work successfully within these contexts.
• Proven experience and strong knowledge of working in ethnic areas.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and to undertake regular field visits, including hard-to-reach areas.
• Can travel to the project sites if necessary.
