รับสมัครงาน เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีการเงิน จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง

เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีการเงิน เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการสนับสนุนการบริหารงานทั่วไป ซึ่งมุ่งประเด็นการทำงานไปที่การบริหารจัดการทั่วไปอันประกอบด้วย  เรื่อง เจ้าหน้าที่, การเงินและการบัญชี,  อุปกรณ์เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน, สำนักงาน, นโยบายและแนวทางปฏิบัติงาน ของมูลนิธิเพื่อสุขภาพและการเรียนรู้ของแรงงานกลุ่มชาติพันธุ์ โดยเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีการเงินจะรายงานโดยตรงไปยังผู้จัดการบัญชีการเงิน

ลักษณะงาน 

1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและครบถ้วน ของเอกสารการเบิกจ่าย
2. ติดตามเอกสารการเคลียร์ค่าใช้จ่ายจากเจ้าหน้าที่ภาคสนาม และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร
3. ช่วยสนับสนุนการจ่ายเงินนอกสถานที่ ของแต่ละโครงการ พร้อมสรุปรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น
4. จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีอย่างเรียบร้อยครบถ้วนและเพื่อความสะดวกในการค้นหา
5. ประสานงานทั้งหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เพื่อบริหารจัดการงานบัญชีการเงินของมูลนิธิฯ
6. ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

1. จบการศึกษาสาขาบัญชี/การเงิน ระดับปวส.ขึ้นไป (วุฒิการศึกษาจากประเทศไทยหรือต่างประเทศก็ได้)
2. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านบัญชีการเงิน
3. มีความสามารถในการใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ 
4. มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการงบประมาณให้ตรงตามแผนงาน พร้อมรายงานผู้บริหาร
5. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
6. เคารพในความหลากหลาย และยอมรับความแตกต่างของบุคคล
7. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน)
8. สามารถลงพื้นที่ เพื่อสนับสนุนงานภาคสนามได้
9. สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้  และมีใบขับขี่ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
10. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ

1. เงินเดือน 15,000 บาท
2. มีค่าเดินทาง ค่าที่พัก และ เบี้ยเลี้ยง เมื่อต้องปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด
3. มีประกันสังคม , ประกันอุบัติเหตุกลุ่ม
4. มีสวัสดิการเงินสะสมเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเป็นเงินออม
5. มีรถจักรยานยนต์ และรถยนต์ของสำนักงานอำนวยความสะดวกในการทำงาน

Job Opening: Finance officer (1 Position)

The Finance officer works with the Administrative Support Unit, focusing on general management, including personnel, finance and accounting, office equipment, office policies and procedures of the MAP Foundation. This position will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Job summary:

1. Check the accuracy and completeness of disbursement documents.
2. Follow up on clearing expenses from field staff and check the accuracy of the documents.
3. Help support off-site payments for each project and summarize the expense reports.
4. Keep accounting documents neat and complete for easy access.
5. Coordinate with both internal and external agencies to manage the foundation's financial accounting work related.
6. Assist with other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

1. Graduated with a vocational certificate in accounting/finance (degree from Thailand or abroad).
2. Experience in accounting and finance. 
3. Proficiency in MS office.
4. Have experience or knowledge in budget management and financial report.
5. Good interpersonal and communication.
6. Can work in multi-cultural setting. 
7. Thai Language is required (Speak, read, and write).
8. Is willing to work flexible hours when needed and to travel frequently. 
9. Able to drive and have a driving license is desirable.
10. Can start immediately is a plus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
