Salary Range: THB 1,280,000 - THB 1,440,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
*Note: Salary includes a variable, performance-based component.
OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE:
The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting JUMP! Foundation's mission by fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment. This role will lead all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring effective recruitment, employee development, and adherence to best practices in HR management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Policies and Contract Management
- Policy Development & Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Policy Updates: Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with best practices.
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contracting process for full-time staff, from drafting employment agreements and managing renewals to ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: Develop, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including salary and incentive structures, group health insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Employee Benefits: Lead the ongoing evaluation and adjustment of the organization's benefits plans to ensure they remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
Human Resource Planning and Performance Management
- HR Planning and Talent Forecasting: Develop and implement people strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks and management strategies.
- HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management: Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's HRIS platform.
Global Mobility
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development.
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably BambooHR) and data management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Experience working in education (formal/informal) or international organizations is a plus.
- Fluency in Thai language with strong English language skills is required.
