Deputy Director

With the growth of the organisation, APCOM is now recruiting a Deputy Director. Reporting to the executive director (ED), the Deputy Director will have both internal and external facing APCOM Terms of Reference – Deputy Director responsibilities, ranging from project management and programme development and resource mobilisation to administration (information technology, reporting, facilities), and human resources management (recruitment, staff mentoring). The Deputy Director will partner closely with the ED to chart APCOM’s future growth and strategic response to an ever-increasing demand for the organisation’s services.
