Throughout our proprietary One-year advisory program, you will have opportunities to work collaboratively with those high-level executive advisors and provide consultative values to companies under your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager you are expected to lead initiatives and manage the end-to-end processes of our One-year acceleration program for Capital Market, including;

- Provide consultation services jointly with executive advisors, clientele companies, and collaborate with our partner organizations, i.e.; Stock Exchange of Thailand, SEC, SME Bank, TFAC, MAT, PMAT, SCG, etc. throughout the program, aiming to tackle specific defined challenges.

- Actively join forces with executive advisors on extracting internal data and analytical inputs for consultation purpose, and support the clientele companies on analytical deliverables, for example; financial statement analysis, inventory aging analysis, gross profit margin by BU/Channel, etc.

- Organize the hands-on business workshops, mainly under the topics of finance & accounting, internal control, fundraising, legal and other capital market-related topics.

Qualifications & Core competencies:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or other related areas.

- Background in Consulting, Marketing Strategy, Auditing, Investment Banking and/or Financial Advisory are preferred.

- Experience in Analytical roles with high autonomy at work, ability to and an excellent sense of priorities.

- Show strong passion for contributing to a sustainable growth of Thai enterprises, capital market, and society as a whole.

- Possess strong work ethics, integrity and enthusiasm at work

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
