Thailand One Health University Network- National Coordinating Office is looking for staff, who have high motivation and collaborative mind to be a part of human capacity development for multisectoral coordination and response to infectious disease outbreak.

THOHUN BACKGROUND

Since 2012, Thailand One Health University Network or THOHUN has responsibility on pre-service training both future and current workforce to early prevent and protect emerging/ re-emerging diseases in Thailand by integration of collaboration across sectors with respect to One Health approach. The One Health approach is particularly relevant regarding the control of zoonoses, rabies risk communication and combatting antibiotic resistance. To effectively respond to, and prevent outbreaks of zoonoses, epidemiological data and laboratory information should be shared across sectors.

According to strengthen workforce potential, One Health core competencies (OHCCs) were developed for the current workforce based on the Memorandum of Understanding on the Implementation of One Health Initiative for National Health Security which is an agreement of 7 Thai ministries (Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Public Health) and Thai Red Cross. For preparedness to outbreaks prevention, OHCCs

were improved and adjusted that suitable for the future workforce who will be a future operational person in the public health sector both in private and government. https://thohun.org

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and support e-learning related activities under the project.
• Maintain and manage existing e-Learning resources under the project.
• Design and manage e-learning and office-/network-related electronic data.
• Coordinate with the Publicity to produce digital teaching/learning materials and related multimedia resources.
• Generate and maintain THOHUN website content and integrate with the SEAOHUN website.
• Statistical analysis of trainers and participants information in e-learning activities and upload those of analytic information on THOHUN website.
• Manipulate Livestream by using vMix software.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Thai Nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in e-Learning or IT-related roles in various organizations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using WordPress.
• Experience in developing e-Learning courses and digital teaching/learning materials.
• Understanding and experience with managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to coordinate and develop e-Learning courses within an LMS environment.
• Skills in managing and maintaining network systems and electronic data.
• Ability to use vMix software for Live Streaming.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for computers.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Good command of written and spoken Thai and English.
