A member of CARE International, that has been working in Thailand since 1979  in the area of emergency relief, community natural resources management, micro -enterprise promotion, education and HIV / AIDS prevention and care for affected families, has  vacancies for :

Human Resources Manager

 "Raks Thai Foundation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to head the HR Department. The HRM will directly report to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be an energetic person who will be tasked to focus on building team spirit, leadership and internal relationships. The HRM will lead the HR team and work with other departments in introducing effective performance management processes as well as motivational and inspirational tools. "

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree or higher in human resource management, human resource development or related field

-5-10 year-experience in human resource management of an organization at senior management level.

-Fluent in Thai and English both in speaking and writing

Selection process

- Interested candidates are asked to answer three questions:

(1) How do you see the role of Human Resources Development in a Non-governmental Organization (NGO),

(2) describe soft skills and how you would promote soft skills,

(3) briefly state, how you could make a contribution to the vision of Raks Thai Foundation. (Av. 1 page/ question)

- First shortlist based on application and invitations for interview (review transcript and job experience).

- Second shortlist for final interview where the candidate will be given 15 minutes to prepare a presentation that will last 15 minutes and reviewed by a panel (SMT members) and inviting K Elan.
