Telefundraising is a vital acquisition and retention tool in GPSEA that covers programs like Upgrade, Reactivation, Recapture, and Lead Conversion. The role’s key responsibility is to maximize income from regular donors and strengthen our conversion program as one of the core acquisition channels in Thailand.
- To increase the financial resources of Greenpeace and build stronger relationships and connections with new and existing donors by performing different retention and acquisition call programs.
- To manage the partnership between Greenpeace and telemarketing agencies and oversee the operations of the in-house telemarketing team while ensuring that all KPIs and metrics are achieved.
- Contributes to the development of Telemarketing strategies for new and existing donors, and takes the lead in its implementation to achieve annual revenue budget.
- Manages the outsourced Telemarketing programs and ensures that all metrics and KPIs are achieved, while maintaining a strong and vibrant relationship with the agency.
- Generates Telemarketing data from Salesforce and provides the agency with an accurate call list, proper segmentation and call script.
- Coordinates the efficient flow of weekly telemarketing reports from the agency and regularly updates the internal monitoring (or tracking) report.
- Coordinates campaign orientation (or training) of outsource telemarketing callers and provides important campaign updates on a regular basis.
- Plans the monthly Telemarketing programs and provides relevant data to the agency and in-house team in a timely manner.
- Provides the Fundraising Manager (FRM) with regular reports, updates and relevant feedback to help the FRM in developing a more effective Telemarketing strategy.
