Job Summary:
The Project Manager responsible for overseeing the successful completion of selected projects (and/or other projects) under the Children and Youth impact area, as assigned to them by the Program Director. They are responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects that align with the organization’s mission and goals.
The Project Manager works closely with the Program Director to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and met, and that all activities are aligned with the organization's overall strategy. S/he must have excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams, stakeholders, and donors effectively.
