Acted เป็นองค์การพัฒนาเอกชนถือสัญชาติฝรั่งเศษ องค์การฯ ให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรมและการพัฒนาในกว่า 38 ประเทศทั่วโลก องค์การ Acted Thailand ดำเนินโครงการในศูนย์พื้นที่พักพิงชั่วคราว ฯ ในอำเภอเมือง และ อำเภอขุนยวม จังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ซึ่งองค์การมีความประสงค์ที่จะรับสมัครเจ้าหน้าที่พนักงานขับรถ ประจำสำนักงานจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน จำนวน 1 ตำแหน่ง

Founded in 1993, Acted is an independent international, private, non-partisan and non-profit organization that operates according to principles of strict neutrality, political and religious impartiality, and non-discrimination. Based in Paris, France. Now Acted operates in 38 countries worldwide. Acted Thailand is currently working with temporary refugee shelters in Mueng District and Khun Yuam District, Mae Hong Son province in Thailand. We are looking for an efficient, motivated and experienced Thai national for the positon of Driver.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก

1. ขับยานพาหนะขององค์การ เพื่อนำส่งเจ้าหน้าที่และวัสดุอย่างปลอดภัย

2. ทำความสะอาดยานพาหนะอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้ยานพาหนะอยู่ในสภาพที่ดีและปลอดภัย

3. ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยก่อนออกเดินทาง

4. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง

5. ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้โดยสารคาดเข็มขัดนิรภัยและคาดอย่างถูกต้อง

6. รับผิดชอบในการตัดสินใจว่าสถานการณ์มีความปลอดภัยในการขับขี่หรือไม่ ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ ช่วงเวลา สภาพถนน ฯลฯ

7. จัดเก็บเอกสารทั้งหมดเกี่ยวกับยานพาหนะ เช่น คู่มือการจดทะเบียนรถ ประกันภัย ค่าธรรมเนียมต่างๆ และอื่นๆ ให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ

8. ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่โครงการเพื่อวางแผนและปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเดินทางขนส่ง

9. สนับสนุนช่วยเหลืองานของเจ้าหน้าที่โครงการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Main Responsibilities and Duties

1. Drive Acted Thailand vehicles, transporting Acted Thailand staffs and material safely.

2. Ensure vehicle is cleaning regularly to keep in good condition and safety. 

3. Before travel complete safety check lists for vehicles.

4. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of safety equipment/features, restocking and maintenance of first aid equipment and other tools for basic car repairs.

5. Ensure all passengers use seatbelt and seated properly.

6. Responsible for deciding whether or not it is safe to drive based on weather, time, road conditions and etc.

7. Keep all documents related to the vehicle up to date, such as vehicle registration, insurance, fees and etc.

8. Coordinate with project officers to plan and carry out work related to transport travel.

9. Support and assit the work of projects as assigned.

คุณสมบัติและความสามารถ

สัญชาติไทย

มีประสบการณ์ขับรถทั้งในถนนทางหลวงและถนนตามภูเขาชนบท

สามารถขับรถยนต์ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม

มีความตระหนักและนึกคิดทางด้านความปลอดภัยสูง

มีใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้อง

มีทักษาซ่อมแซมและดูแลสภาพรถเบื้องต้น

มีทักษะสัมพันธ์การสื่อสารได้ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้

สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทย อังกฤษ และ กระเหรื่ยงได้ จะดียื่ง

Essential Qualifications / Skills

Thai Nationality

Experience driving on both highways and on rural mountainous roads in all seasons

Excellent 4-wheel drive skills

High sense of safety and security 

Valid driver license 

Basic vehical safety skills

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good Thai / English / Karen skills is advantage
