Our new strategy centers on expanding partnerships under two main themes: Thriving Nature and Thriving Communities. Nature partnerships focus on projects supporting clean oceans and sustainable ecosystems, while Community partnerships target underserved groups and arts for social change.

This role
This is a full-time role for a Senior Partnerships Manager, Thailand. The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our strategic partnerships and projects in Thailand. Reporting to the Managing Director who is based in Singapore, this senior role is remote, with a preference for the candidate to be based in Bangkok or willing to relocate to Thailand.
Responsibilities include:
• Conduct prospect research and due diligence on potential philanthropic partners in Thailand and participate in co-creation and co-development as relevant
• Follow up on philanthropic partnerships and prepare progress reports on activities carried out by partners for Key Management meetings
• Provide targeted and customized capacity building support to selected philanthropic partners based on their needs with the aim of achieving our established shared goals
• Support the Managing Director in engaging the Founding family and the Board in philanthropic activities such as reporting and coordinating field visits
• Offer communications support, including translation for documents and during partner meetings, and drafting impact stories in collaboration with partners
• Establish, strengthen and sustain strong relationships and coordination with respective partner, local stakeholders and other relevant organizations in Thailand
• Maintain an active local network and contribute to establishing the Foundation’s presence in Thailand
• Any other duties as assigned by Managing Director
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work/ environmental sciences/ international development or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in philanthropy/ non-profit/ grants management/ community development OR environmental conservation/ sustainability/ climate change
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in both English and Thai is a must (fluency in selected Thai dialects is a bonus e.g., Isan)
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with partners
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a multi-cultural team
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to join a small and passionate team
• Experience in working with key government ministries on community development projects will be an added advantage
