Foundation background: Pratthanadee is a Thai NGO based in Bangkok with a branch in Ubon Ratchathani province. Our mission is to empower underprivileged women and girls through life - changing program. Our aim is to help develop the confidence and potential of women and girls and help them build safe and successful lives.

Position: Community Engagement & Fundraising Officer

Core responsibilities:
•    Acquire funding in accordance with the organization’s fundraising strategy 
•    Plan and execute online and offline fundraising initiatives/campaigns to help the organization meet fundraising goals
•    Prepare and write grant applications, fundraising proposals, and impact reports to achieve prospective fund(s) 
•    Create communication materials to convey the organization’s programs and strategy on social media
•    Research individuals, corporations, foundations, trusts, and local authorities that are interested in gift giving to spot new fundraising opportunities
•    Approach, engage and build relationships with individuals, corporations, foundations, trusts, and local authorities to secure funding
•    Represent the organization in fundraising activities 
•    Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director

Qualifications:
•    Thai nationality 
•    At least three years of experience in fundraising, sales, or marketing, preferably with international experience
•    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in communications, business, public relations, or any related field
•    Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in English and Thai
•    Flexibility and ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks and planning big events
•    Experience in writing grant proposals, press releases, and fundraising letters 
•    Good interpersonal skills, confidence in public speaking, enjoy socializing, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
