The Border Consortium (TBC)

A non-profit organisation providing humanitarian assistance to displaced people, is urgently seeking:

 

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – based in Bangkok

(Temporary for 6 months)

 

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be based in Bangkok office and be responsible for a range of administrative tasks under supervision of HR/Admin Manager.  This position will support 6 field offices in Thailand and offices in Myanmar. ________________________________________________________________________

Position Requirements

 

A team player and university graduate with 3-5 years of work experience in Administrative tasks

Thai Nationality with effective interpersonal and communication skills in English

Good customer services skills in dealing with visitors and colleagues throughout our organisation

Effective computer skills especially in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, word, etc.)

Experience of dealing with Ministry of Interior and other Thai Government offices will be advantage.
