Accountant & Office Administrator
Accounting Tasks
Documentation of financial transactions
Reconciling financial discrepancies
Preparation and execution of payments, verifying documentation
Cash Management
Office Administration Tasks
Handling of insurance policies
Coordinating with Thai government authorities for permits, licenses, etc.
Travel and Child’s Dream shop management
General office administration (e.g. filing, sorting, emails, managing of office stationary, day to day operation matters)
Required Qualifications
Minimum completed vocational college education in accounting
3-4 years working experience in the field of accounting and administration
Thai nationality or fluency in Thai (speaking, writing and reading)
Great attention to detail required
English language skills required
Good team player
Flexible, creative, out-going, independent personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Motivation to work for an NGO
We offer a dynamic working environment with the following working hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours daily.
