หน้าที่รับผิดชอบหลัก

ขับยานพาหนะขององค์การมัลติเซอร์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล เพื่อนำส่งเจ้าหน้าที่และวัสดุอย่างปลอดภัย
ทำความสะอาดยานพาหนะอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้ยานพาหนะอยู่ในสภาพที่ดีและปลอดภัย
ก่อนออกเดินทาง ควรตรวจความเรียบร้อยตามที่ระบุไว้ในรายการการตรวจสอบยานพาหนะ (เช่น การตรวจตราน้ำมันเครื่อง ผ้าเบรค เป็นต้น)
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าอุปกรณ์รักษาความปลอดภัยทำงานอย่างถูกต้อง, ตรวจเช็คสต็อคชุดปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงยานพาหนะเบื้องต้น
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้โดยสารคาดเข็มขัดนิรภัยและคาดอย่างถูกต้อง
รับผิดชอบในการตัดสินใจว่าสถานการณ์มีความปลอดภัยในการขับขี่หรือไม่ ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพอากาศ ช่วงเวลาและสภาพถนน
ปรึกษาพูดคุยข้อกังวลด้านความปลอดภัย และ/หรืออุบัติเหตุให้หัวหน้าพนักงานขับรถทราบโดยทันทีเพื่อการตัดสินใจหรือปฏิบัติการขั้นต่อไป
ช่วยเหลือในการขึ้นของและโหลดวัสดุอุปกรณ์ลงระหว่างยานพาหนะหรือคลับเก็บวัสดุ ณ ต้นทาง หรือ ปลายทาง.
จดบันทึกทุกครั้งเมื่อขับขี่ในสมุดจดบันทึกยานพหนะ

Main Responsibilities and Duties

Drive Malteser International vehicles, transporting Malteser staff and material safely.
Ensure cleaning of vehicle regularly to keep vehicles in good and safe driving.
Before travel complete check list for vehicles (ex: Oil-Engine-Tire-Break checks)
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of safety equipment/features, re-stocking and maintenance of first aid equipment and other tools for basic car repairs.
Ensure all passengers use seatbelt and seated properly.
Responsible for deciding whether or not it is safe to drive or strop based on weather, time, and road conditions
Communicate any safety concerns and/or accidents without delay to Driver Team Leader for further decision or action.
Assist in loading and unloading of goods between cars and storage at origin or at destination.
Document every trip in the respective vehicle logbook

สัญชาติไทย
มัทยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3
มีประสบการณ์ขับรถทั้งในถนนทางหลวงและถนนตามภูเขาชนบทในทุกฤดูอย่างน้อย 2 – 3 ปี
สามารถขับรถยนต์ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
มีความตระหนักและนึกคิดทางด้านความปลอดภัยสูง
มีใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้องและใช้งานได้สำหรับการขับขี่ยานพนะทุกประเภท (เช่น รถยนต์มอเตอร์, รถยนต์, รถบรรทุกขนาดเล็ก)
มีทักษะในการซ่อมแซมรถ โดยเฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตัวเครื่อง เบรค และ ช่วงล่าง
มีทักษะสัมพันธ์กับบุคลลและการสื่อสารได้ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม
สามารถสื่อสารในภาษากระเหรี่ยงได้

Essential Qualifications/Skills:

Thai nationality
High school graduate (grade 9)
2 – 3 years of previous experience driving on both highways and on rural mountainous roads in all seasons
Excellent 4-wheel drive skills
High sense of safety and security thinking
Valid driving license for the type of vehicle required to drive (ex. MC, Car, Light Truck)
Basic vehicle mechanical skills, in particular related to engine, breaks, and suspension.
Good interpersonal and communication skill, known as a good team player.
Good Karen language skills.
