Title: Asia Field Office Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
The Solidarity Center seeks to hire a full-time Asia Field Office Manager in Bangkok, Thailand to manage day-to-day office operations and regional administrative responsibilities and tasks for the Solidarity Center Asia field operations.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The Asia Field Office Manager works under the direction of the Solidarity Center Asia Department management team, including the Regional Program Director, Deputy Regional Program Director and Senior Advisor. Specific responsibilities, duties and tasks include:
Manage overall day-to-day administration of the Asia regional field office in Bangkok, including procurement, logistics, record-keeping, inventory and supplies, payments, copying and scanning, mail and communication;
Coordinate field communication and meetings with management team and Solidarity Center field offices and staff in Asia; maintain list of field office staff, email addresses and phone numbers; and maintain master Regional Calendar of key deadlines, events, travel, etc.
Arrange for translation of field communication, including emails and documents, and interpretation for meetings between management and field staff; assist in the development and dissemination of memos, letters, and forms;
Assist in the planning of key field and Asia regional events, meetings, seminars and conferences;
Coordinate with management to arrange travel plans including booking hotels and transportation with field offices, and prepare travel expense reports and reimbursements;
Cooperate with Asia field office managers and administrators on specific tasks and/or projects;
Assist occasionally in obtaining visas and work permits, and occasionally attend meetings and provide basic Thai-English translations and interpretation;
Other duties as assigned to further the goals of the Solidarity Center Asia region.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent; or certification in office administration;
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai;
At least 3 years of work experience in office management or administration, preferably with international organizations or non-governmental organizations (NGOs);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Workspace, Zoom
Familiarity with Deltek, Costpoint, Bamboo HR, a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills, polite and considerate, self-motivated and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
