Background of the project
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world’s worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster. Founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, the IRC is at work in over 40 countries and 26 U.S. cities helping people to survive, reclaim control of their future and strength-en their communities. The IRC has been operating in Thailand since 1975 and currently provides assistance to displaced persons in Tak, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi and Mae Hong Son provinces.
Scope of work:
Livelihood team had learned how to take photos for the report and posters. However, the team is still lacking the skill to covert the photos to good quality ones and edit them for the bet-ter lighting and graphic. Therefore, Livelihood team was knee to learn new skill as a capacity building and the team identified to learn Adobe Photoshop for that. With this aim, Livelihood team needs to hire a trainer who is knowledgeable and able to train Livelihood team on this skill.
Deliverables:
• Develop the training agenda
• Conduct three days training for Livelihood team and other colleagues who are interested to learn
• Arrange teaching materials as needed
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience on photo editing
- Have experience on conducting photoshop trainings
Demonstrated skills:
- Good awareness on the participants’ different level of knowledge on photoshop and pho-to editing
- Flexible with different languages
